InforSmation includes Related Projects, Resources for Information on Disabilities and Special Needs, Resources for Families, Information about Laws, State and National Early Intervention Resources, Specific Disabilities Information, Helpful Sites for Behavior Questions, Other Child Care Services Organizations.
- Sonoma County Childcare Association, resource for families looking for childcare or childcare providers looking for a professional connection. www.scca.info
- California Department of Education, http://www.cde.ca.gov/sp/cd/ various information about pre-kindergarten learning, information about other Child Care Services Organizations.
- Pacific Oaks Online, www.pacificoaks.edu/, college that offers online classes towards degrees in Human Development, including ECE. Located in Pasadena, CA.
- WestEd Program for Infant/Toddler Caregivers (PITC), www.pitc.org, information about workshops, online slideshows.
- Child Development Consortium, www.childdevelopment.org, programs for individuals pursuing/continuing a career in Child care/development. Services include reimbursing students for enrollment fees, tuition, and/or textbooks; maintaining a lending library of textbooks and other resources for use by eligible students; pay costs of providing classes that the college will not fund out of its general budget; pay for tutorial assistance and/or translation services. (Check with SRJC?) Also contains links to other web site resources.
- National Association of Family Child Care, www.nafcc.org, offers information about accreditation, conferences, publications, and further professional development aimed at increasing the standards for Family Child Care providers.
- State of California, Department of Social Services/Community Care Licensing Division, the Childcare division, http://ccld.ca.gov/ contains links to sites that have valuable information for childcare providers. Information about licensing procedures, online forms, etc. There are sites that give information about how to introduce technology in the childcare (Edaycare.com), go to “Family Child Care at it’s Best”: http://ccld.ca.gov/docs/childcare/advocacy/fccb.htm for information about free classes offered to providers. - National Association for the Education of Young Children. www.naeyc.org Information about accreditation, Early Learning Standards, and other professional information for Childcare Providers.

- California Childcare Health Program www.ucsfchildcarehealth.org Information
about health and safety for childcare Providers and parents. Has handouts
that you can download on, nutrition, safety (including good information
